What You’ll Do

  • Be a hands on leader.
  • Own, forecast and exceed annual sales objectives within the assigned territories.
  • Serve as the company’s resident expert in the area of sales and GTM.
  • Independently Prospect, identify, engage, and mature leads into a qualified sales opportunity.
  • Lay the foundation for a future, high-performing sales organization.
  • Work closely with the product team to define the essential features and system capabilities.
  • Interact comfortably with customer-side procurement decision makers as well as tactical purchasing managers and buyers.
  • Hire and manage freelancers, service providers, and future employees to execute GTM from A-Z.
  • Work ridiculously hard to acquire Makat’s first 25 international accounts, build the best sales funnels and optimize them over time while monitoring KPIs and finding new ways to improve all the time.

Who You Are

  • A Get-things-done person with a goal-oriented work ethic.
  • Autonomous spirit, Process-building mindset.
  • Proven track record (at least 3 years) as a quota-bearing sales practitioner in the electronics space.
  • A forward-thinking individual with a firm belief that a change is needed in the electronics industry.
  • High degree of intercultural competence and negotiation experience with international partners.
  • Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional European language - advantage.
