About Us:

What You’ll Do:

• Strategy Execution: Work directly with the CEO & CTO, to execute the company’s product vision and roadmap.
• End-to-End Product Ownership: Oversee the product lifecycle—from ideation and user research to design, prototyping, and final implementation.
• Project Management: Develop detailed project plans, including Gantt charts and timelines, to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and usability testing through both qualitative and quantitive methods to gather insights that inform product decisions and enhance the user experience.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with engineering and designers to translate product requirements into actionable tasks (Jira tickets) and successful product launches.

Who You Are:

• Experience: At least 4 years of product management experience, with a proven track record and a strong portfolio. Experience must include working in B2B platform environments, ideally within a startup setting.
• Startup Mindset: A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Design & Prototyping (Advantage): A solid understanding of user-centered design principles. Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows is a plus, with familiarity in tools like Figma.
• Domain Expertise (Advantage):
  • Trade: Familiarity with B2B marketplaces, e-commerce, and traditional distribution channels.
